Clinician-approved, always
Home care on DekhBhal operates within care plans approved by a qualified clinician. We never encourage avoiding hospital when it is medically necessary.
Verified professionals
Identity, qualification and registration checks before anyone is marked Verified. Status is visible on every profile.
OTP at the door
Care cannot start or end without the OTP the patient or family holds. Every shift is timestamped.
Clear escalation
Warning signs are written into every plan. Abnormal vitals are flagged. The Emergency button is one tap away.
Transparent records
Daily nursing reports, vitals and medication logs are shared with the family and authorised clinician.
Scope of practice
Professionals only perform tasks within their qualification and your doctor’s instructions — no unsafe prescribing, ever.
Emergency guidance
If something feels seriously wrong, do not wait for the app.
- Call 108 (ambulance) or 112 (all emergencies) immediately.
- Then use the Emergency button in DekhBhal to alert your assigned nurse or doctor and your care circle.
- Watch for the warning signs written in your care plan — chest pain, breathing difficulty, heavy bleeding, confusion, high fever, a fall.
- Keep your discharge summary and medicine list ready in the document vault to show the emergency team.
Data privacy & consent
Your health data belongs to you.
- Your medical documents are private and accessed only through signed, expiring links.
- Only you, the care circle members you invite (with the permissions you choose) and assigned professionals can see your health data.
- Every access to medical data is logged.
- Data is encrypted in transit; sensitive data is protected at rest.
- You can request deletion of your data at any time.
- We never sell your data.
